Is anyone else seeing the likes of this search result for Avatar and other movies?
In the last week or so, there seems to be a large increase in the number of people seeing their rel=author status approved. I’m not sure exactly when but I’ve also been approved and now show up in the search results.

As some of you may know, Distilled had everyone from all three of our offices in London for the whole of this week. It was an amazing week and I think the whole team learned a lot.
On Wednesday we had what we called a Shipathon, similar to a hackday but the idea being to ship anything that made Distilled better in some way rather than just development ideas. (more…)

As some of you may know, Distilled recently ran a hackday with Coppafeel. In the space of a regular working day, one of the fruits of our labour was the infographic below. Coppafeel’s mission is to make more young women aware of the early breast cancer symptoms and hopefully help promote early detection. (more…)

I thought I’d throw up a quick post on a something I noticed today. This may or may not be news to you but I noticed some interesting changes to the Google local SERPS; specifically in the travel industry. The search term was “Cape Town Hotels” and the 4 main changes are as follows:
